Cover uploads on home page, but no on book page

The cover uploaded on my home page, but it will not let me select a cover on the book page.

Experiencing same, as well as "Oops! " not found message after Adding a couple of works early this afternoon (PT).

How and where did you upload it exactly?

If you used the upload on the work "Change Cover" page, your book automatically gets the cover you just uploaded so no need to select it after that.

If you uploaded there: did it fail to add it to your book? Or what happened?

PS: Or the server is on a strike again and uploads are getting a bit messed up... :)

This is a cache out of sync or a server (or 3) having a hiccup. All we can do is to patiently wait for LT to fix the issue.
