FB Sharing Issue

Sharing a book to Facebook from my Add Books page now produces a post that instead of an image of the book cover and a link to read about that title produces an "Attention Required | Cloudflare" header with text "This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks...."

This has occurred several times over the past two days. I'll gladly post a screengrab but don't see how to add it to this post.

UPDATE: The issue seems to be happening only when sharing a particular book, i.e. https://www.librarything.com/work/23107790/book/248641466

I'm using Firefox on Windows 10.
