newbery accomplishment

Hello,

I am the current administrator for the Newbery Group. However, I did not set up the group, so my skills/knowledge are minimal.

On the Right Hand side is a list of all the patrons that are/were patrons of this group.

As I near the end of my goal, I am wondering, is there away that we can make a list - similar to MEMBERS- that lists those that have completed all the books? Possibly two more slots, gold - silver -- for those that have read only one or the other. etc

>1 EGBERTINA: There is not. I would recommend making a topic dedicated to listing the finishers. You can pin the topic to the top of the list of topics in the group, so everyone can see.

also, is there a way to message as a group? or must it be done one-at-a-time?
