Not really new, but I do have a question about how something works.
In Charts & Graphs there is a graph titled Fiction vs Nonfiction. Within the graph there is a segment called Not Set. When I click on that, a list of books shows up that are not set for either category. Is there a way to set them?

You need to be on a view style of 'Your Books' that includes the 'genre' column. You can switch styles by clicking the letters A-E at the top of the screen. I don't remember if any of the default styles include genre; you can change any style for yourself (and for guests viewing your library without logging in) by clicking the 'settings' button.
Once you have the 'genre' column showing, all you have to do is double click the empty cell where the 'genre' column meets the row of the book that is 'not set'. Then you click any genres you want; 'Non-Fiction' and 'Fiction and Literature' at the top are where 'Charts & Graphs' pulls from, but you can also add any other genres you want for your own books.

You can also set them on individually on work pages by editing the genre in the right sidebar

Hi. I tried doing what 2 and 3 said, but don't find a right sidebar. When I clicked on an individual book, it said the book has no genre set. An example is In cold blood. I have 107 books with no genre, and would love to fix this. Thank you. I also don't know how to make a touchstone.

>6 MarigoldJackiFitz: On the Work page, if you look at right column where it says Genre - Not Set, you should see a little pencil icon beside Genre. If you click on that, it will kick up a light box to allow you to select the genre you want.
If you have a genre column in one of your views, you double click on the empty square or the square that says not set for it to pop up the light box to select genres.
As both >2 GraceCollection: and >3 SandraArdnas: stated.

>6 MarigoldJackiFitz: You did make a touchstone for In Clod Blood.

>6 MarigoldJackiFitz: If you don't have a right sidebar then you probably have a narrow screen and the information will appear at the bottom of the page instead. What kind of device are you using to access LT?
