Can't access newly added books through search function

I just added two new books today and while they are in my book list, when I type in the author's name, no books are listed or earlier books are listed but not the one I just added. I've never had this issue before. Has anyone else reported this problem or is this a glitch on my computer?

Your library probably hasn't been re-indexed since those books were added. Usually this happens automatically, but there were some issues this weekend and last I heard, staff was manually re-indexing while these problems were being addressed.

Just be patient, and they will show up.

Thanks, Sandra and Grace for your quick and helpful replies. Sorry for the all extra work Tim has had to do and I'm relieved the problem is not in my computer. It has been having a bunch of quirky problems of late that don't seem to be easily fixed and I was worried this was yet another nail in its coffin!
