"Press Allow to Prove You're Not a Robot" Message

What is this about? When I try to look at certain books (not ALL books) in my catalog, I get this message, or a different version of it.

There are robots highjacking work pages right now with spammy redirect links, and this is one of the sites you’ll be redirected to.

This is part of a spam raid and is NOT connected to LibraryThing. Do NOT allow notifications, and make copious use of the back button if the address bar suddenly stops saying LibraryThing.

I'm seeing it too. Thanks for posting about it here, I thought I was crazy.
