I am trying to download my processed export and have received this message for the last two days: This page isn’t working www.librarything.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
I have tried full export, collection export, excel and tsv format with the same results.
The proper number of titles are being processed. I just can't download them.

>4 Lisa2013: If you're still seeing this, can you draw up a new bug report? This one's been closed since October, so it would be good to get a current report. Sorry for the trouble.
(ETA: I'm going to dive into this myself in just a few.)

>4 Lisa2013: It took awhile, but I was able to get your Excel export. If you're still having trouble, let me know, and I can email it over to you.

I was able to export an Excel file, but when I opened the file, Excel gave me a warning that there were problems with the file. Once opened, the data was only numerical data, like ID numbers, etc. Any data that had letters (titles, authors, etc.) did not show up in the file. Most of the columns were completely blank. It did export 3,163 records, but most of the data is missing.
I then did a Tab-Delimited Text export (.tsv) and got all of the data and was able to save it in Excel.
I was attempting to export all my books on my PC (Windows 11) using Chrome Version 131.0.6778.265.
I have 3,163 records in my LT database.

>8 kac522: I think you should create a new bug report on this, since the export file downloaded. I seem to recall problems with excel-export and titles with = in them, so maybe it's something like that?
Ah, I have reported something similar:
https://www.librarything.com/topic/365681
I'll bump that one and point to your post here.
