Button to Add A Collection Not Working

Been trying for the last little bit to add a new collection, and the button isn't working. I seem to be going in a loop where when I hit add a collection, the menu under My Library opens, but it doesn't add a new collection. If I hit it again, it closes the menu under My Library, but doesn't add a collection either. Any idea what might be going on?

Use https://www.librarything.com/settings/collections instead - the one under the Library is wonky at best.
