National Library of Australia Search Failing

I have many children's books from Australia. When I try to add them here, I select "National Library of Australia (Canberra, ACT)". The search fails. The National Library of Australia website is working, and when I go to the website, I can find the books. I'll be grateful if the interface can be fixed.

There are server issues that are causing intermittent problems with adding books.
This thread has a lot of the current details:

Thanks for the report, sorry for the trouble. I'll take a look and note your issues at https://www.librarything.com/topic/369957! Closing this to keep things succinct, but please follow the other thread for updates.

Oof, looks like they moved to a closed/paid system so we no longer have z39.50 access with them. :(

We'll report back soon with more information. We are going to ask them if any sort of exception can be made. We've used them for years, and they've had LibraryThing's head librarian there for a talk. They should be our friends :(

>5 timspalding: Does LT have a reciprocal z39.50 connection? If not, maybe have one. If LT is all take and no give, maybe libraries shouldn't share their connections.

>6 lesmel: But LT doesn't have any books on its own. And reexporting library records from other libraries might not be legal. So probably a bad idea?

>7 bnielsen: But it does have user reviews, with an option to export to libraries.
