I am creating this thread for anyone who wants to discuss or follow along with the No Reply Collectors Circle announcements, so that other collectors can see the public information that more pertains to them in the main thread and choose whether or not they want to see the early info here.

The title of upcoming release is enough to find the book on website. I’m guessing this wasn’t intended by Griffin, as the url is kinda “secret”. Crawlers are fast.

Tch. I may just have to wait until the announcements are truly public. I don't know that Griffin was aware of this exposure risk either.

>2 bacchus.: Perhaps he fixed it already, but I wasn't able to find it from a search just now.

On the edition itself, I have to say I love what looks to be a vertical chemise for this landscape book. I don't think I've seen this solution before, though perhaps it's only appropriate for a stab binding where everything's distributed fairly evenly.

>4 NathanOv: I’m a big fan of it too, landscape books make challenging shelf neighbors for the most part.

The illustrations are really nice, I think somewhere around the make first pivot the press has started branching out a bit more in terms of design which has been great to see.

>2 bacchus.: And here I was thinking that my website was a veritable Fort Knox!!

My computer skills didn't make it any farther than Mavis Beacon, so even if there was a way to secure my highly classified early announcements, there's zero chance I'd be able to do it. I need a summer intern wiz-kid.

>4 NathanOv: >5 ensuen: Thanks for noticing! Trying new things to see how they go. So far so good!

About half of the edition is reserved now (40-something of 88 copies). Thanks to everybody who is taking a chance on new poetry! I know it isn't everybody's cup of tea, but I swear on my own grave that this is the real deal. ✋

Chad rocks! And not only as a printer/designer, but as a poet! Don't hesitate! Just do it!

>6 grifgon: No judgement and no big deal indeed. I just thought people will find out sooner than later, and I knew the message will reach you. The site is lovely otherwise :)

There's a new Collectors Circle announcement, but not sure where things left off on disclosing the title, so that will stay pending at the moment.

>9 Shadekeep: 'Tis a rather interesting title, is it not?

>10 Glacierman: Intensely. Yet another book one would be unlikely to ever see anywhere else.

>11 Shadekeep: Yep. It is what makes NRP so special.

There’s an edition of that story by Eragny Press (1903), but since then much scholarship has improved our understanding and reshaped the text’s arrangement. Looking forward to that one!

>13 SebRinelli: I didn't know there was a 1903 edition of The Very Hungry Caterpillar! You're right, though, the scholarship over the past century has really transformed our understanding.

>14 grifgon: It was originally The Hungry Caterpillar, but subsequent scholarship has established that the caterpillar was very hungry indeed.
