CBL reads when Wally lets her in the second half of 2025

Hi! I’m Carrie in East Tennessee. Librarian, reader, knitter, musician, dog lover. 2025 started with a major transition for me. I said goodbye to my much-loved fur baby, Adrian, a couple of days after Christmas. I was not looking for another dog, but a loveable Cavapoo puppy named Wally found me later in the winter. Wally loves books. He finds them really tasty! I started a year-long mystery knit-along blanket project in January, and knit while I watch BritBox and Acorn. I've found that I don't want to knit much in the summer, so I'm behind on the project. Hopefully I will catch up later in the year.

>1 cbl_tn: Wally, you're so handsome! No more chewing, though, ok? Carrie, is that a handmade zigzag afghan on the back of the green chair? I have two of those my grandmother made... TV watching essentials when it's chilly.

>2 cbl_tn: Yay for Wally! I know exactly what you mean about Wally 'letting' you read although in my case it is 2 cats. . .

>3 cbl_tn: Nice list! I will have to check and see if they are all in the BlackHole. I have read My Family and Other Animals already and know for sure that Death at the Sign of the Rook is since I am going through the Jackson Brodie books currently. The others I am not sure of at all.

Happy new thread!
