LET'S TALK - SEPTEMBER 2025

HEY...Did anyone know, or care, that today, September 13th is CHOCOLATE DAY? So, everyone needs to stop what you are doing and go out and buy something chocolate and send it to me:) Well, it sounded like a good idea to me!

>4 Carol420: Whenever you wish. I used to be called the 'cookie girl' in college because I was always sending care packages to my friends in the military when they were deployed. I haven't sent any in awhile but I bet I could remember how to carefully pack them. :)

I'm thrilled to announce that my grand-niece has made her entrance.
Luz was born at 6:23 a.m. on Friday Sept 26, 7Lb 2oz, 21 (!) inches long.

Mother and baby are doing fine.

My brother (her granddad) reports that she is "lively and VOCAL!"

She's named after her great grandmother, my mother, Luz. Momma appeared to my niece in a dream and told her that the world needs more light. The name Luz is Spanish for "light."
