About My Library
I collect first edition hard covers. I never actually read these books - they stay pristine. (I'll read the same title - but I get it from the library.) I'm lucky to live in a city with active independent book stores, which sponsor author events.
About Me
Hi, I'm Tessa. I grew up in San Antonio Texas, but have lived in Milwaukee Wisconsin since I came to Marquette University. I'm married; no kids, no pets. Retired from a career in health care administration.

A Word about FRIEND REQUESTS - I only accept requests from people I know or have gotten to know through mutual participation in various groups. If you request my friendship, please also send me a message telling me how we know one another. Otherwise, I will ignore your request.

I'm a voracious reader and manage to get in 10-15 books per month despite numerous volunteer activities. I belong to 6 (yes, SIX) F2F book discussion groups (though they don't all meet every month), and also participate in several on-line groups.

When I'm not reading I enjoy travel, cooking, gardening, and theater.
