Like most readers, my library and tastes are all over the place. Here's a sample of what I most often go ga-ga for.
- Short stories
- Poetry
- Weird, fantastical, dystopian, and scifi with a thought-provoking fleshed out premise.
- Nonfiction essays and history on nature, art, and reading. But especially about plants.
- Novels written with a mastery of language, employ creative techniques, and all the while tell a story with intelligent purpose.
- Illustrated kids books. Often funny, always soothing, and, fill me with delight.
