Export page frozen after attempted export

Hi all, we attempted to do an export on 18 November, and it never finished correctly (although we received an email that it was complete), and now the Export page shows the following error messages and the Export buttons are greyed out.
"You have 1 export waiting or in progress. Please wait for these to complete before starting a new export. 1 currently processing."
and (if we use the link in the email) "Sorry an error has occurred retrieving your export status."

Sorry for the trouble! Your export indeed got stuck in processing. I've just errored it out, so you should be able to start over.

Please let me know if you continue to have any troubles!

I was able to make a backup today. Thank you!

My export pages says: "You have 1 export waiting or in progress. Please wait for these to complete before starting a new export. 1 waiting in queue."

It hasn't continued. Can someone help?

Confirmed. Export as TSV seems to be borked for me.

Same problem for me, from last night. Export never began, stayed at "0." Left it overnight after I tried it over and received the "You have 1 export waiting..." etc message as described by other above. Tried signing out and signing back in but no change.

Not sure if I should - but I just tried a backup and found the same problem as above. Moved to a different browser and it is waiting for the original export to finish. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Still stuck for me since 9 this morning. Changing to a different browser didn't make any difference.

Stuck for me as well. First it showed 0 books exported for a while. Then when I left the page and came back, it showed that there was 1 in the queue.

It's doing the same with me.

Addendum to post at 1:51 p.m. yesterday
A successful export (tab delimited) this morning. But an export for Excel format tried immediately after remained stuck at 0 records processed. Left the screen and when I went back received the same message as previously reported: "You have 1 export waiting..." Stuck.
