It seems there isn't an automatic modification date kept that notes when one last edited a book in their catalog? If so, that's rather surprising!
I particularly need to be able to sort a view to see items sorted by modification date (usually reverse chronologically). I suppose I could use any of the sortable fields I don't plan to use that is easiest to update, such as Date Started/Finished or even Date Acquired.

You might want to make this an RSI in that group. Since we've recently got the feature that tracks and enables reversing edits, I assume the data about last modification is there already, so it just needs to be a sortable one.

Yeah, those data are sure to exist, they just aren't visible to the user.

On the reviews, i.e. mine: https://www.librarything.com/reviews/bnielsen you can see a last reviewed date for each review.
