I have a suggestion to have a feature to export the titles of the books in someone else's library. currently there is no way to do that.

Can you explain why?
And would other people have the right to block that option?

I do not think this is a good idea. Very stalky. If this were permitted at all it would need to be with the specific permission of the person whose library was being exported.

Note: The person suggesting this hasn't bothered ti enter anything.

For individual books from someone else's library, you can use the green Add button at the top right. Perhaps that will be good enough for you?

Why would anyone be able to export someone else's data? Not that I think this 'feature' has any chance of happening, but if it did, the result would be droves of people making their profiles private

It's pretty easy to get someone else's books, if they are public. Just go to their catalog. You can change the fields to show only title and author, or whatever, set the number to 100 and go to town. I see no reason to do more.
