export not working

I'm sorry; I posted on two other threads but I'm afraid my posts won't be seen.

At export I get:

"You have 1 export waiting or in progress. Please wait for these to complete before starting a new export. 1 currently processing."

I even signed out and trashed cookies but I still can't export.
