The Export isn’t working

My export isn’t working, when I export all the books in excel format, it got stuck on 0 books processed for a while, so I tried closing the tab and refreshing the tab, but it still wouldn’t let me re-try exporting and now it’s been an hour and it still hasn’t exported. Can you fix this ASAP?
