Hello,
I am in process of making 300+ books REFERENCE ONLY and they will not be available for checkout.
I know I have to assign this status to each book separately.
I've gone through the process on TinyCat: check-in/out page / search and find the book / go to 'new status' / choose other, other / select Reference Only / mark as unavailable / no patron / today (date) / save.
However, all the books I have done so far are now showing up on my transaction list. All I am trying to do is make them searchable but without any option to be checked out. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, please?
I did this before a year ago and it worked great, so I know it's possible.
The problem is most likely P.E.B.K.A.C. = problem exists between keyboard and chair, ;)
