How short is short?

The CK field for "Short Biography" on the author pages has some (what seem to me to be) very long biographies, e.g., Esther Forbes. I feel it's too long to be a "short" bio, but that's obviously a personal opinion.

So, what's the benchmark for short? If a bio is determined to be too long, what's the appropriate action? Have I got too much time on my hands to be worrying about this? 🤷‍♂️

>1 Bookwomble: That does not seem overlong to me, but if you find some bits of it unnecessary/unessential, you can always edit them out

ETA: That last part indicates my benchmark for 'short', not so much actual length as kind of info given

Ack, that is definitely not "short". It's also annoyingly lacking in line breaks.

I just noticed that CK fields have been moved around. I don't know; I think they made more sense the way they were before.

The reordering of the CK happened amidst this topic (post #90): https://www.librarything.com/topic/384122#9191110 if wanting to know the circumstances or any immediate reaction about that.
