App Photo Scanner Broken

I downloaded the app yesterday, and it work fantastic. Today, when I try to scan it gives me an error that the data isn’t the correct format. Additionally, if I try to search, it will force closes the app. Website on browser works fine, but no scan function that I can find.

This may just be the cranky Android app, but... we can't tell. Before anyone can help you, we need more information. Since you say "app," I assume it's a phone app. Still, we need information about your device. In particular:

Operating System (in this case, I'd guess Android, but it might by iOS)
Device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 16)
Operating System version (e.g. Android 11, iOS 2025)
