Tag search not working with new changes (started this evening)

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but I was doing quite a bit of work on my tags today. This evening, when I enter a search filter, it's giving me results that it should not (tags I added)

https://www.librarything.com/catalog/DebiCates?&deepsearch=NOT%20pub%2A

That's my search but it is still giving me tags that begin with "pub". I've reloaded several times. Started with a fresh page and re-entered the search. And I have even done other work for an hour and came back to it. Still giving me results it should not.

Confirming that "NOT()" is behaving oddly.

I don't usually do negative search in my catalogue, so I can only report that if "NOT(illustrated)" is supposed to show me all the books that do not have "illustrated" in any field, it's failing badly.

Can you give me examples of things that are wrong?

>3 timspalding: I specified tag on the search, but my screen isn't wide enough to see the drop-down and the collection selection at the same time.

Sorted by date acquired, the 2nd and 3rd books (at least) should have been in the search results, if i did the syntax right.

Third title has a pub tag, "pub1990s".

I seem to be stuck on 418 result count even if I add a missing "pub" tag.

>4 keristars: Thanks Keri for double-checking it. Confirms not just me.

Fixed now! Thank you.

Well, it's sort of fixed. There is a confusing lag between the time I manually change tags and when the search (regular or with NOT) produces correct results. Like 5-10 minutes before results are fully accurate. That's new, since yesterday. Before that it was virtually instantaneous.

Is it just my account, maybe?

So, searching always lags. (Clicking a tag does not, but using the search does.) I'm going to reset your caches and reindex.

>8 timspalding: I just noticed it recently but maybe that's because I'm doing a lot of tag cleanup work. Thank you for the reset and reindex.

>8 timspalding: I finished up the big changes I had to do and indeed it did reflect changes more quickly (about a minute for 600 power edit changes to be reflected there). Thank you.
