Hello everybody,
Is there anyone out there who knows already what he/she wants or have to read in the next time..?
I need some inspiration in finding the ONE (book). Any ideas?

Isn't it enough to have to find the "ONE" in love, on top of all that we must also find the "ONE" book to read....Life is so unfair.
But I want to read Terrier by Tamora Pierce again...lol
Also Wuthering Heights, The Scarlet Letter, and The Picture of Dorian Gray...I plan on kickin it old school next month...lol.

I have a whole list of books to read, but in September I'm going to tackle Ulysses (wish me luck!). Also, I have the new Marilynne Robinson book, Home, pre-ordered, and when that arrives in September sometime it's going straight to the top of the pile.

On my list to read is Sail and Breakfast at Tiffany's by James Patterson. Also, on my list is Girls in Trucks by Katie Crouch. But first I have to finish my current book, I'm having a hard time finding the time to read during these summer months!

Let's see...I have ARCs of American Wife and The Gone Away World for Sept 2nd.
Acedia and Me before the 16th.
Bitter Sweets before the 30th.
Crown Publishing was kind enough to send me a beautiful new copy of Why We Hate Us, so I'll be reading that ASAP.
Also on deck are Interpreter of Maladies and several others...we'll see what happens.

Classes start next Wednesday, and as an English major, I imagine that I will be reading a lot for school.

Did you read War and Peace by Count Tolstoy I highly recommend it. If you enjoy Historical type fiction Death of the Fox by George Garrett and Alaska by James Michiner are also good.

I'm doing online book reads of The Green Knight by Iris Murdoch (this one is a tough go so far), Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, and a couple of historical fictions for the LT girlybooks historical threme read--I've chosen Year of Wonders by Geraldine Brooks and Imperial Woman by Pearl Buck both from Mt TBR.
My face to face book group will be reading Perma Red by Debra Magpie Earling.
I just finished Veronika Decides to Die because Paul Coelho will be over on the book club boards at www.barnesandnoble later this month.
I was never one to plan my reading beforehand--but this is an interesting experiment in getting things read that I otherwise put on my 'sometime later' list and never quite get to. I've only done it the last few months--at times I break out and metaphorically run screaming and read the closest book that I just want to read....which right now happens to be a Terry Pratchett....

Necron is the title of a book that will be releasing soon from Stephen King. I am sure it will be good.

Hi, I am reading the new anthology called "the living dead", it is really good. Next I will be reading the new book by Peter Straub called "5 stories". The next one will be "when the ghost screams" by Leslie Rule. As you can tell, I like horror books, but also psychological drama as well. Hope you find a good book soon!
