Did Bush and Cheney commit impeachable offenses?

I can't get to this link.
Is this another story of how the right wing (Washington Times, the Moonie, right wing newspaper with circulation of ten) is scrambling off of the Bush Bandwagon they've been pushing along for seven years?
I resent the hell out of these right-wingers, after demonizing everyone and anyone who disagreed with BushCo suddenly seeing the light. People have been pointing out what a disaster BushCo will be, is and, has been for more than seven years now. Rather than jump ship, one would think they would be defending their prior positions, or apologizing to the American people about how wrong they were, not acting like they knew what was happening all along.
I've seen evidence from both FoxNews and, recently, The Weekly Standard taking what has been, essentially, the Democratic position toward BushCo all along. WTF!?!?!?
Is there no end to Republican hypocrisy?
This just makes me want to vomit.
If the above article is NOT an example of right-wing BushCo bashing forget my screed.

Hola, MAJGross.

Major Gross, it's nice to see you back. I hope your mission was a success and that you found home much like you left it.
Who was that other conservative Army/Artist fellow who left about the same time you did. I can't remember his name. Anyone heard from him?
After seven years I just turn it on and off like a light switch. I don't know that I would necessarily include you, MAJGross, in the list of those I HATE. Maybe just another benighted soul who will one day be forced to face facts.
Gosh, it's nice to see you back!

No, he was a young guy. I don't think it was OldSarge. This guy was like mid-twenties maybe. A painter and one of a family of warriors.

I love the idea of a preemptive screed.
