When searching for a book by isbn or title in either de Koninklijke Bibliotheek database or Bruna/Bol database, the book is properly found. But when I click the link to add to book to my collection the information about the book is not added. Only an empty book, with no information.

This is it. But you might also try messaging the staff.

It's not truly empty, it just has no title and author. You probably want to either manually edit those, or delete them and add them from another source.
