Tags with spaces get plus signs added to them

So what happens is, I'm filtering my catalog by a certain tag that happens to have a space in it, and everything's fine. But when I switch collections via the collections drop-down, the spaces in the tag get replaced with plus signs, and naturally LT can't find any books with that tag.

Here you can see what happens when I view books tagged "my cover" in my "Comic books" collection (fine), and then try switching to "All collections" (problem!)

Workaround - click the Search button again (my+cover will be in there) and that clears the plus. But that's only a workaround - yes, I'd love for the escaping to be fixed! + for space and \ (backslash - I doubt it will show when I submit this post) before a ". It shows up on changing collections and when a permalink includes a search.

Yup, this one is a bit annoying, and I started a thread on it a couple months ago, but nothing ever came of it.
