The idea that the guy who was an advocate of creating a housing bubble to replace the tech bubble should be nominated to set government fiscal policy may be laughable, but is not at all surprising.

The fundamental question of more stimulus vs deficit reduction is argued both ways. I still think we have another recession to suffer, with another housing bubble to go along with it.

Now maybe Washington DC does that to anyone who goes there, but let's start with someone honest so we have a year or teo before the crazy lies set in.
