Welcome! Touchstones are, well, a little touchy sometimes! Brooklyn is the right one, I think. You can fix the one in your message by doing the fgollowing:

1. Click on the pencil in your message to allow you to edit it.

2. Look to the right of the edit window under Touchstones. You should see "Brooklyn" by the wrong author listed. Beside that, click on "others" in blue. This will bring up a list of the top 100 search hits for the touchstone text.

3. Click on the one you really want and the touchstone will now link to it.

4. Click the submit button to save your edits.

WHAT an interesting list of books, Berg! I have you starred and will be looking in (most of the time, lurking) often. I see enough authors that I know and like to make me very curious about the ones I don't know.
Welcome!!!

Hi and welcome to the group. I noticed that you have Delicious on your list, I read that last year and loved the descriptions of rustic Italian cooking even though the story was a bit 'light'.
I enjoyed Flaubert's Parrot a lot so I hope you did too.

I am trying to do as many Booker prizes as possible. Sorry Americans. I think I have done 11 this year from Long list. There is a smattering of India, a chpstick or two of China and a few Financial woes.

Interesting list of books. Welcome, and I'll be following your reading. Several 75'ers are reading the Booker nominees, including kidzdoc so you'll have lots to talk about.
