Local photos of Libraries

When I try to add a photo of a library, I get "Feb: 18, 2010. This feature is temporarily down as we transition the images to a new system." 7 months does not seem like temporarily to me. When can I expect to add library photos?

Many of us would like to know that. There is a revision of the way photos are handled in process, but we've had no updates on its progress for a long time.

I am able to post library photos (Cheers!), but there is still a bug which prevents the count of venue photos going up on the helper badges (Jeers!).
