In 1966 the editor asked 20 of the best science fiction writers and editors to pick the greatest science fiction stories ever. The result is this book which was originally called "Masters' Choice". Included are stories by Asimov, Bradbury, Heinlein, Leiber, Sturgeon and H.G. Wells. The only quibble I have with the choices is that there are no women represented even though there were women on the panel who chose the stories. I think (hope)if the choice were being made today there would be women writers represented.
