Two short stories in which Lee Childs' hero Jack Reacher plays a part. They do manage just about to both capture the spirit of the longer length novels. Jack is absolute in his own moral code, makes a judgement and sticks with it, but always ready to give assisstance to those in need.

Worth reading for fans of the series, or as introductions to those new to Jack Reacher. James Penney is the longer story but at 30 pages, still a quick read. ( )
