Interesting little book. Covers many aspects about tea from types of tea to the equipment and on to reading tea leaves. Light hearted, but of course
I disagree with some of his methods- one does not use boiling water on anything but black tea.
However, in my used copy some degenerate cut out the last 4 pages. Not only were they not neat about it but they left me puzzled about what came after and prevents me from becoming a reader of the leaves. A pox unto them and theirs.
Indeholder "Introduction", "A Brief History of Tea Drinking", "An Introduction to the Types of Tea", "On Selecting Your Teas", "The Teapot", "How to make a Decent Cup of Tea", "Good Things to Have with Your Tea", "A Beginner's Guide to Reading Tea Leaves", "Out to Tea", "Some Books About Tea".

Den slags giver ekstra troværdighed show more til forfatteren. show less
