Information very good. Not sure I'd ever follow the diet unless I was seriously obese and tried everything else (just don't know if I could get myself to eat THAT much fat)--not because I'm afraid of fat, but because I'm not sure we need that much.

However, tons of really yummy looking recipes, especially if you like coconut.
