Very entertaining and well organized look at bovine history. I especially enjoyed the guide to the cattle breeds of the world.

If you are looking for a perfunctory guide to cattle, this is a great choice. However, if you are looking for a more in-depth guide, you will find fault with this book.
An udderly entertaining history of dairy & beef cows of the world
