This is probably a great cookbook but it didn't thrill me. I hate salads, and honestly didn't know what to expect in a vegan deli cookbook, but it's mostly salads.

Good creative recipes for a not so vegan trying to be just a little more meat free (me), or anyone who just likes good food. Ahem. Vegan food.
