This is a loving tribute to Natalie Wood by her daughter Natasha. As a young child, Natasha was very attached to her mother, even to the point of making a schedule to tell her that she had to stay home 5 nights a week and could only go out twice. Of course the book covers that terrible night in November in 1981 when Natalie drowned. I think at 11 years of age, Natasha did things that many adults could not do when she asked to see her mother in the closed casket, touched her hand, and wanted to be the one to pull the cover up over her. I don't know many 11 year old who would be that responsible She also gives us a look at how her parents (Natalie and Robert Wagner lived). Wagner seems like a very decent honest man who, after the death of show more Natalie, told these young children that they would always be a family. The loss of her mother had a profound effect on Natasha which she discusses in the book and it took her many years to come to terms with it. However, in the end I think Natalie would be very proud of her daughter. This is a well written book and I would hope we have others in the future from this author. I do wish some of the photos had been larger though. show less
