These are some of the best Italian recipes I have ever made. However they take time, patience and skill. I found the measurements to be basic "approximates" so you will need to rely on taste. Great for special meals. Too much work for everyday dining. NOT for calorie counters or the weight obsessed. Excellent menus!
This book has some very good home-style Italian recipes. It is large and so somewhat overwhelming for basic dishes but if you are looking to cook something special you can find it here.
Yummy! That should say it all!
My favorite recipe from this book is the one for vodka pasta. It's perfect, it's easy, and it makes everyone happy.

Be sure to use good San Marsano tomatoes, and be sure to add plenty of vodka.
