Really nice companion to Chandler's books, period photos of places from his writings alongside excerpts from his books that mention them.
A photographic tour of Los Angeles as described in the novels od Raymond Chandler. Beautiful photos commented by snippets of text from Marlowe stories.
An excellet complement to a collection of Chandler's hard-boiled fiction.
This book presents one page with an excerpt of Chandler's work and has a facing page with a B&W photo of the area it was or could have been referring to. Small introductory sections with excellent biographical data of the area or Chandler's life. It was Chandler who put Los Angeles on the literary map.
