This is an obscure old book about a Jewish girl living in Jerusalem at the time of Jesus's ministry, death, and resurrection. I found it in my parents' attic. The story is told from the perspective of the girl, who never physically meets Jesus, writing to her father about what's happening and ending up becoming a disciple of Christ. Basically the story you read in the Bible told from a new perspective.
Great advert on back cover - Oldridge's balm of Columbia...hair, whiskers, or, moustaches. Wonderful front cover design, daisies mingled with leaves, title, author, publisher overprinted or so it seems. The book is in The Daisy Books series,
