A fabulous guide to curing oneself naturally using herbs. Not all the remedies work, but some do. I am a particular fan of using garlic and golden seal at her recommendation.
Excellent reference for those interested in herbs, their history, and usages. Provides descriptions of many herbs, and historical recipes for numerous herbal lotions, potions, and crafts. A classic on the subject.
