Small in size, easy to carry, this is a very useful travel companion with almost everything a `foreigner' will need to communicate. There is a short section on pronunciation, and a 1278 `expressions', which are short sentences enabling the tourist ask the right, precise questions and give to-the-point answers. The expressions include all areas of travel- difficulties (example: `I do not remember the street'), greetings, general expressions, lodging, restaurant, café, food, shopping and personal services, health, and communications. There is `useful information' section with days, months, seasons, time, numbers, metric tables, measurements, a native food and drink list and a detailed Index.

This booklet is not lacking in any feature a show more traveler needs. It is thorough, brief, fun and user-friendly. It is laid out in an easy to learn format. show less
