If you like fondue, then this is the book for you! It covers cheese fondues, oil fondues, and dessert fondues. There are even a few baked fondues (which the author claims are similar to souffles (without the risk of it falling) and some rarebit recipes. The recipes seem fairly straightforward and easy to follow--some do use canned soups and/or bread crumbs.

It brought back fond memories of going to a fondue restaurant with my jr. high or high school teammates.
