Really well written book that will help anyone who is open to challenging their depression. I found it reassuring and gave concrete steps that will help you feel better and give you hope to get out of a depressive episode.
This is among the loveliest books I have ever read! The ideas are presented in a very engaging manner and the book flows very well to teach you about CBT techniques. You learn about your moods and how you can improve them. You can practice them yourself then to overcome problems of anxiety & depression. This is the true "self-help" book.
I read parts of this book many years ago, and did some of the journalling exercises. I found some of it useful, but never really "connected" with the author, so I set it down and never managed to pick it back up again.

This definitely has my vote as the book most often taken off my bookshelf. I read the chapter on procrastination regularly and the others at least several times a year.
So psychology is interesting. . . :D
