Best tamale book I've tried. Easy, tasty and simple recipes to wow you families. ( )

This is a nice book to look at but the recipe that I tried was riddled with errors. There is no way the recipe that I tried could turn out to look like the picture. (I admit this is a pet peeve of mine, the picture should represent the recipe) I think that as long as you carefully review each recipe before you try it, make sure that the ingredients list matches what is used in the description you will have a good dish, but don't trust the recipe without double checking it ( )
