The copyright here is 1989...... what I like about the book are the soup recipes..plus any others.... that use a variety of spices, such as sage, marjoram, turmeric and more. The recipes also sound very 'homemade and user friendly so I am looking forward to trying them out.
It even has directions on how to go about serving the dish later.
