Skinner series #3. Crimes in Scotland and fraud in northern Spain (Catalunya) may be linked. One of the weaker ones in this excellent series - still a good read. The series has lots of suspense, though sometimes too much romantic drama, good action, interesting Edinburgh and East Lothian location, good escape reading.
