It has a handy section on techniques which includes advice on how to grill, the preparation of marinades, and ideas fior relishes, as well as basic reciped for fish and shellfish, chicken and meat, vegetarian dishes and pasta.
Instead of boerewors and chops, next time you braai, why not consider one of the following? Teriyaki trout, grilled sardines, chicken with lime and herb, yogurt chicken, grilled spiced chicken, thai chicken breasts, grilled beef steaks, kebabs, koftas, or beefburgers?
And if you're a vegetarian, not to worry - you are well catered for since the book also gives directions for not only vegetarian sausages, but grilled brie, vegetable kebabs, corn, pepper and olives.
