This was an important, almost necessary accessory for anyone wanting to run the 3rd Edition D&D game.
Unfortunately when edition 3.5 came out this book was made superfluous. The new book was updated significantly enough that this one wasn't nearly as useful. I mainly still have it because you practically can't give it away and I hate to throw out old books.
