Great. Send me your e-mail address (mine is mail@christophertusa.com), and I'll send you the e-book version of the book.

Thanks,

Chris
Noticed you liked Clockwork Orange, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a group of violent kids (and also a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

"Knowledge was inherent in all things. The world was a library and its books were the stones, leaves, grass, brooks and the birds and animals that shared, alike with us, the storms and blessings of the earth. We learn to do what only the student of nature ever learns, and that is to feel beauty. We never rail at the storms, the furious winds, the biting frosts and snows. To do so intensifies human futility, so whatever comes we should adjust ourselves by more effort and energy if necessary, but without complaint. Bright days and dark days are both expressions of the Great Mystery, and the Indian reveled in being close to the Great Holiness."

I see that you are going to be publishing in the fall.
Also, you have a copy of Baby Jesus Pawn Shop b y Lucia Orth. I just got a copy to do a review. Just curious where you got this copy and why? The publisher is one outside the norm as far as I can see.

Did you like this book?

Hey. I just followed you from MySpace and from your blog and zine. I'm Tameca.
Try it,he must have a fansite or something,I've tried and have been successful too at times,it's a pleasure hearing the man behind a work address your opinion!:)
I just read the G. review and G. too.Your review is poignant, ever tried getting in touch with Berger?
Hello,

Join The Planets is part of my bedtime reading. It's quite a lovely book, no?
Thanks for the comment. Watermark Books used to be my favorite bookstore when I lived in Wichita. At that time, it only had the main store in downtown; the branch on the east side opened up after I earned my BA at Wichita State and started graduate school at Kansas State. You might consider acquiring some of the older books of poems by Jonathan Holden. The Names of the Rapids contains some of Holden's best poems, e.g., "On a Mild October Evening" and "Lines Written From Central Kansas." Oftentimes, it takes hearing a poem in a different voice to fully appreciate it. When Dave Smith came to Kansas State in 1987 or 1988, he read Holden's "Lines Written From Central Kansas." I had never fully appreciated the poem until then.
